Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ordering inventories from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times.
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business.
- Updating inventory counts and maintaining inventory records to share with the management and other stakeholders in the business.
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory.
- Obtaining estimates and price details from head office, other branches, and other online stores.
- Data entry on the agreed software.
- Ensuring data integrity before, during, and after data encoding.
- Creates backup data.
- Follow the item code, naming convention, category, quantity, and other parameters requested by the client.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or College level.
- With relevant work experience.
- Ability to manage product availability schedules and inventory.
