JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified Graphic Designer to join our client’s marketing team! You will own the process of bringing the client’s brand and marketing content to visual life. Your graphics, visuals, and animations should engage viewers and communicate concepts and messages that reinforce the content created by the marketing and PR teams.

As a member of the marketing team, you should be a self-starter able to offer creative design solutions that instantly connect with the audience. Attention to detail and crafting designs that reinforce the overall brand identity and core values will be a big part of what makes you successful.

JOB QUALIFICATION

SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Singapore Local Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Conceptualize and design creative visuals, graphics, and animations on time and on budget

·       Create and maintain our brand book and brand style guide

·       Design marketing and sales collateral including brochures, PDFs, downloads, and decks

·       Create custom graphics, data visualizations, and reusable templates for all digital channels including the website, blog, social media, email, and banner ads

·       Develop and design layouts for new website pages, landing pages, and printed material

·       Standardize and reinforce the client’s brand look and feel across all channels.

·       Work with the marketing director to maintain visual consistency across marketing and products

·       Contribute to building the client’s marketing processes to include graphic design best practices

·       Propose new ideas and solutions to help the client build a best-in-class team and company

·       Create vendor booth mockups and design printed materials for industry conferences and events

·       Create motion graphics and short animations for social media as needed

·       Combine and edit video and audio files to create engaging content across media platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A degree or certification in graphic design, or equivalent experience

·       3+ years of graphic design experience

·       Knowledge of digital marketing

·       Demonstrable design skills showcased in a design portfolio

·       Proficiency with common design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (highlight on InDesign) and Canva

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Experience with creating email designs in HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Ability to receive and implement feedback

·       A positive mindset and is a team player who understands what makes up a good team

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Demonstrate customer empathy and resonate with the client’s core mission

·       Flexible to thrive in a startup environment by being able to succeed at the strategic, tactical, and execution level

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
