LOB: Healthcare / Security Solutions
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Addresses customer inquiries based on their needs and available health brand products, through given mediums of communication (email, chat, calls).
? Probes and identifies customer needs and their current health status
? Acts as a health advisor through proper product recommendation based on the gathered information from the customers
? Does upselling, encourages and recommends other products that are health beneficial
? Searching the knowledge-base and FAQ for relevant information to provide solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
? 1-year BPO experience, voice or non-voice
? Familiarity with any CRM tool is a plus (Example: Zendesk, Salesforce, Oracle, Genesis, ect.)
? Proficient in verbal and written English
? Upbeat and contagiously positive attitude

Open Access BPO was founded in 2007. We've worked at companies such as AOL, Citibank, Fisher Investments, and Google where they honed their call center and outsourcing expertise.
When Open Access BPO started in 2007, it only had 2 employees and 1 client and it has since grown year after year. Steadily, Open Access BPO has grown to over 500 employees and into its present home at 6780 building.
The collective vision for OAMPI was to create an outsourcing organization focused on one thing: client satisfaction. OAMPI aims to provide a work environment that is challenging, with professional growth, and where employees work with like-minded people.
Our primary operations center is located in Makati, Philippines and we have additional centers in Xiamen, China, Taipei, Taiwan and Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
