JOB DESCRIPTION
- End-to-end process of recruitment.
- Proper handling of 201 files
- Will handle employee relations
- Processing of payroll
- Will be handling compensation and benefits
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Willing to help in other task given or assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
- Can handle time management and deadlines
- With strong communication skills
- Willing to work in Antipolo Rizal
- Must have a strong interpersonal skills
- Preferably with atleast 6 months of experience
- Willing to start ASAP
