JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Functions:

  • Posts and sources job openings using available job portals
  • Conduct interviews and assessment
  • Administer tests and assist in presenting job offer
  • Ensure manpower targets are met in a timely manner
  • Ensure and maintain good relationship with our business partners both internally and externally, giving accurate and timely feedback of their requests, issues and/or concerns
  • Meets overall recruitment performance/goals
  • Conduct on-boarding to new hires and monitor pre-employment checklist and/or requirements
  • Complete necessary reports, ad hoc reports as required
  • Work on targets and other HR related tasks assigned by senior/lead recruiters or manager
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Preferably with at least a year experience
  • Must be knowledgeable on the said role
  • Willing to be trained
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
