JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide customer administrative and after-sales productivity support and assistance to the Sales Force. The Customer Care Supervisor should project a professional and reliable company image through in-person and phone interaction. This position shall supervise the customer care team and provide support to the sales and marketing team in the daily operation in an effecient, workmanlike and professional manner.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any 4-year course.
• Female, at least 26 years old
• With supervisory skills and experience in handling a Customer Care Team, analytical,
organized, with good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and results oriented is a highly desired qualification;
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proficient in Microsoft Officer i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint Presentation, Outlook
• With good customer focus orientation
• Preferably 2 yrs work experience specializing in Customer Services work or
equivalent
• Full-Time position.
