JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilites:
- Management of Systems General Functions Preparation of Sales order Form
- Request for the delivery of equipment(To serve existing PO, Demo and service units)
- Request for the schedule of service engineer activities
- Preparation of Quotations & Proposals
- Preparation pf presentation of materials
- Prepare and coordinate pull out of demo and service units
- Submission of Weekly Itinerary Plan
- Submission of Weekly Accomplishment Report
- Submission of Sales Visit Reports
- Submission of twelve (12) month rolling Forecast monthly
- Submission of Account Strategic Plans
- Maintain & update clients and prospects database and information
- Maintain clients current table organization
- Maintain clients current network diagram and other IT infrastructure configurations
- Prepare, submit and present Yearly Sales Plan
- Meet and exceed assigned yearly Sales quota
- Account Management Functions
- Prepare & release company's letter of introduction to new accounts/clients
- Conduct daily prospecting of clients and telemarketing
- Visit a minimum of four (4) clients
- Qualify prospective client's requirements
- Conduct Corporate and Product Presentations
- Coordinate and assist demonstration of the proposed solution
- Submit quotations and proposals to the clients
- Learn all products and solutions being distributed by the company
- Coordinate and facilitate technical engineer visit for the resolution of reported technical problem
- Negotiate with the client to get the best pricing from principal and distributor
- Negotiate with the suppliers and distributors best possible pricing in order to win projects
- Source out networking solutions being requested by the client
- Conduct regular products and solutions update to all clients
- Help clients on their on their annual IT plans to all clients
- Attend Distributors/Manufacturers/Suppliers Product update seminars
- Others Any sales and Marketing task to be assigned by the management
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job requirements:
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related to computer
- The candidate must be sales oriented person and with good selling & negotiations skills
- 2 years experience in sales or equivalent in plus factor
- The candidate must be technically incline or with exposure in Technical Support or the candidate has exposure in Technical Solutions
- Good attitude, can communicate well both verbal & written skills is a must
- Willing to be trained, can do field work & flexible person
