JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Designs and implements a roll-out plan for product implementation for the client
  2. Develops an engagement plan for client’s users and set up a success criteria for the roll-out, setting internal KPIs for the project
  3. Prepares and schedules needed events with the client and its users
  4. Coordinates with Deployment and Tech Support teams for any activity and issues
  5. Manages distributors and sub-distributors for the client in terms of product's ecosystem
  6. Maintains timetable of client and adheres to client budget for the project
  7. Generates reports for the client and manages admin portals as instructed by client
  8. Performs duties or tasks as assigned by client in relation to the project

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant Business course
  • 2 years experience as Project Manager in a fast-growing tech startup
  • Ability to analyze complex business process, identifying gaps, deliver quality solution, and project implementation with agreed timeline
  • Applicants with previous experience working for FMCG, Consumer Durables, and Pharmaceutical industries will be given priority
  • Experience in Design Thinking is preferred but not required
  • Able to demonstrate sound business acumen, adapt to changing business needs, and have a bias for action
  • Passionate about technology, eager to learn new concepts, and demonstrate teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Prior roles as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager is a plus
  • Experience working in software implementation and familiarity with different CRMs, ERPs, and SFAs
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
