JOB DESCRIPTION
Guest Service Agent is responsible for smooth arrival and departure experience of all guests. Handle inquiries and bookings of the hotel. Sells room to walk-ins, phone-ins, and thru email. Performs cashiering and act as information center.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HRM, Tourism, or equivalent;
- With at least six (6) months experience in the same position;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
- Must be highly organized with excellent people skills;
- Able to do multitasking with attention to detail;
- Computer literate and comfortable with hotel PMS;
- Customer oriented;
- Highly responsible and has a positive attitude.
