We are looking for Sales Managers to join our Inhouse sales team for the following territories:
- NCR Areas
- Palawan
- Batangas
- Cebu City
- Bacolod City
- Dumaguete City
- Davao City
- Cagayan de Oro City
- Zamboanga City
Responsibilities:
-Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
-Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to eight (8) Property Sales Consultants, throughout the contract
-Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
- minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- with a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
- must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
