JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting customers with emergency problems or unexpected situations
  • Providing solutions for customer problems
  • Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions
  • Providing overall great customer experience

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Applicant is a High school graduate (old curriculum)/SHS graduate (new curriculum)
• Above Average English communication skills
• Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
• Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
• For work from home applicants, Candidate must be within 4 hours from CDO mother site, in case of internet/power
connectivity failures - candidate will be asked to work onsite instead
