JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work under minimum supervision
- Extract DIL and DRL files from the Dispatcher.
- Encoding Daily Installed Lines (DIL) and Daily Repair Lines (DRL).
- Checking or validation of Daily Installed Lines(DIL)and Daily Repair Lines(DRL)
- Answer queries regarding Billing/Payroll
- Prepare Monthly report for Billing/Payroll
- Gather complete data of installed and repair activity for the attachment of the computation.
- Compute weekly payroll for the field employee.
- Releasing of Salary
- Directly report to the Payroll/Billing Supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Customer Oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required
- At least 1 year of experience as Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Perform a variety of tasks
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
