Material Controller
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist e-commerce team in fulfilling daily operations
- Supervise fabrication of steel, assemble installation and repairing tools and equipment
- In charge of stock-movement – Receiving, storing, documenting, and delivering of construction materials
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation for other departments
- Practice the “first in first out” principle in material distribution
- Oversee purchases and pricing reports
- Replenishes and monitors warehouse materials
- Implements and oversees safety programs
- Communicate with the purchasing manager and project manager
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum, Vocational Diploma related in warehousing
- With Bachelor's Degree in related field is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in rebar steel & metal processing and fabrication of steel
- Experience in flow and control of stocks
- Experience in handling construction materials
- Physically fit
- Basic working knowledge of computers and use of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read production drawings.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
