JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
- Works closely with the HRAD team in strict enforcement of company policies and regulations.
- Facilitate in handling and supervising recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, organizational development (strategies & policymaking/review),
- Training & development, employee engagements/events and office administration.
- Works with solid organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions and ensures that all HR operations run smoothly.
Job Description:
Human Resources:
- Supports the HRAD Manager in recommending and executing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for employees in compliance with Labor Law
- Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.
- Supports the HRAD Manager in planning and facilitating HR activities in the team: end to-end recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, organizational
- Development (strategies & policymaking/review), training & development, employee engagements/events and office administration.
- Conducts on-boarding preparation and new hire orientation
- Ensure to develop/update job descriptions for current/new positions
- Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list and employee master list.
- Supports the HRAD Manager regarding the progress of job planning and performance management.
- Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions.
- Establish and maintain relations with government and other related personnel stakeholders.
- Support for procedures or papers relating to employee discipline or staffing issues.
- Conduct instruction for staff members about HR procedures.
- In charge of employee engagements and training & development.
Administration:
- Supervises all administrative activities in assistance of the HRAD Assistant.
- Supervises HRAD Assistant in ensuring all documents are filed in an orderly manner.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Administration or Any 4-year related Course.
- With at least 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Knowledgeable in different facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Training, and Development, Labor relations, Employee Engagement, and Compensation and Benefits.
- With experience in handling a Team
- Willing to work on-site (Office is located at Makati City, Ayala Avenue)
- Willing to work on a Day Shift Schedule.
