JOB DESCRIPTION
- Facilitate in the formation of the Homeowners Association (HOA).
- Provide assistance to site/START on the turnover of amenities to Homeowners Association.
- Ensure timely deployment of security personnel to sites and facilities.
- Initiate immediate action to address all issues and concerns pertaining to Homeowners Association and security.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course.
- Work experience related to the position is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a keen attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to do fieldworks.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
