JOB TITLE: Branch Officer-in-charge
Career Summary:
To manage assigned branch by ensuring collaborative working relationship, excellent customer satisfaction while meeting target monthly branch sales.
Job Description
- Perform various face and body skin care treatments (basic and advanced)
- Required to render 6 working days with shifting schedule
- To provide assistance to Beauty Therapist and monitor their overall performance
- Boost sales and ensure that the target monthly sales is met.
- Provide ways to increase or augment new customers and ensure how to maintain existing and loyal customers
- To handle and provide reports for the branch sales and expenditures
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably of Science or related degrees, such as Nursing, Midwifery, Physical Therapy, etc.
- Preferably assistant managers or supervisors with 1-year experience of handling 3 to 5 staff members.
- Expertise or working background on facial care & skin analysis consultation is an advantage.
- Team player, Honest and Hardworking
