Job Duties and Responsibilities
i) Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
ii) Researches potential vendors
iii) Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
iv) Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
v) Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
vi) Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
vii) Prepare cost analysesviii)Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
ix) Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
x) Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
xi) Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications :
- Knowledgable on Excel
- Can work onsite
- willing to work on shifting schedule
- can work overtime
- Graduate of any course
- Provincial applicants that are willing to relocate in Manila are welcome to apply
