JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge of all items being carried.
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal preparations/quotations.
  • Monitors social media accounts interaction between customers and the company and ensures positive customer service experience.
  • Ensures timely response in customer’s inquiries and comments.
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions that the company offers to their business issues.
  • Develops a data base of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face calls on business owners, direct mail and email.
  • Creates and conducts effective sales proposal presentations that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
  • Formulates and develops written and visual content for brand awareness (campaign, promotions)
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Achieves agreed monthly sales quota through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct onsite visits from time to time to seek new clients and sales prospects on a regular basis.
