JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifies and recommends media platforms suitable to the brand and or its products and services.
- Formulates media planning strategies for direct transactions.
- Facilitates DTI and ASC applications.
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research, and ratings.
- Monitors media executions on a regular basis to ensure media executions are correct and aligned with the timeline.
- Assists in media planning as well as in booking ads through advertising agencies.
- Coordinates with advertising agencies and media suppliers (external and internal service providers).
- Assists in the development and execution of advertising, promo, and marketing and to maximize sales of an assigned brand and its products and services.
- Knows how to effectively and efficiently manage budgets, including preparing, costings, and spending throughout each campaign. Negotiates with suppliers in terms of budget and timing while keeping in mind the brand’s image and product requirements.
- Collects and analyzes sales and consumer data to come up with guided media strategies.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of the campaign and use data to improve future campaigns.
- Ensures that bonus events (from media buys) will be maximized and executed properly to achieve the marketing goals identified.
- Updates the department head regularly.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an advertising/media agency, product management, or marketing field.
- Must have strong negotiation, presentation, and effective organizational and commercial awareness skills.
- With strong communication and writing skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, creative, and love mobile gadgets.
