The Inventory Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for purchasing live event tickets and fulfillment of other components related to ticket packages with a focus on maximizing profitability and delivering a meaningful and memorable experience for the customer. This job requires insight and knowledge of ticket markets and venues where product procurement is required. Analytical thinking and the ability to research and forecast trends are necessary.
SCHEDULE: 6 AM – 3 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Fulfill ticket requests for incoming VIP package orders
· Adhere to budgets, monitor queues to ensure timely fulfillment of all sales, and maintain the accuracy of tickets
· Communicate externally through phone calls and emails, responding in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service to all VIP package clients
· Answer internal team member inquiries regarding ticket purchases and delivery status
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to order processing and data exchange
· Maintain thorough and accurate documentation at all times
· Support VP of Experiences and Inventory Manager with special projects and additional tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· Ticketing experience preferred (box office, primary and/or secondary markets)
· Proactive and analytical thinker with the ability to research and forecast
· Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Ability to work independently
· Must have knowledge and passion for sports, concerts, and theater events
· Flexible schedule with the ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and some holidays in a virtual work environment
· Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
