JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the company. The Recruitment Assistant also conducts other Human Administration tasks and ensures the implementation of assigned projects, as may be given from time to time.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the over-all coordination and implementation of the Personnel Recruitment Strategies of the company from sourcing, processing, interview, test administration, logistics coordination to deployment of applicants for personnel requirements of North Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.
Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of FSD Employees' Training Agreement and processing of Trainings or Seminars of Employees from the requesting of Check Payment and processing of approval.
Responsible for the preparation of the contracts of newly hired weekly employees.
Assists in the processing of new accounts application for FSD employees' payroll bank account (Monthly and Weekly).
Conducts Human Resource Administration tasks such as the receiving and routing of clearances of FSD Employees.
Responsible for the compilation of the 201 file of monthly and weekly new hires.
Responsible for the implementation of the New Employee Orientation for new hires.
Assists the Paranaque Recruitment Officer in the coordination of documentary processes and other logistical requirements in the Head Office.
Responsible for the coordination and preparation of payment for the accommodation of FSD Employees on training in the Head Office.
Responsible for the on-time updating of information in Basecamp for all assigned projects.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses
With at least 6 months work experience in HR/Recruitment
Can work onsite
Willing to work in Sucat Paranaque
