JOB DESCRIPTION
Statutory and Company Benefits
- Provides updated communication to all employees regarding updates, revisions and guidelines of all regulatory offices (e.g. SSS, Phil Health, Pagibig, EC,etc.)
- Facilitates company benefits and ensures compliance on regulatory requirements at all time.
- Coordination with HMO provider for the on-time enrollment of newly regularized employees to HMO and deletion of resigned/terminated employees.
- Provides updated communication to all employees regarding updates, revisions and guidelines of all company benefits (e.g. VL, SL, HMO, Life and Accident Insurance, etc.)
- Maintains a calendar or database to regularly update, maintain and process all company benefits (including but not limited to HMO, Life and Accident Insurances, etc.)
Engagement Activities
- Responsible for the planning, developing, and implementing organizational events and activities
- Develops methods on maintaining the strong attachment or connection of employees to the company, to its members, and to its culture.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Prepares memos and termination letters
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resource.
- Preferably with experience using Google suites (Basic calculation skills in a spreadsheet application, such as Excel, or Google Sheets is MUST.
- At least 2 years of experience in handling benefits and engagement activities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks.
- Able to provide positive results despite deadlines and tight schedules
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
