DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding
-Assist the department in sourcing for potential candidates via posting job advertisements on different online portals and/or social media platforms
-Assist the department in screening qualified candidates for available requirements and processing initial interview
-Gather and verify necessary pre-employment documents .
-Coordinate on boarding schedules of successful applicants to proper offices
-Facilitate creation of employee credentials (ID, payroll bank accounts) upon onboarding
Compensation and Benefits
-Assist employees in common benefits concerns (HMO application, loans and payment terms)
-Coordinate with Payroll and employee about claims compensation and ensure that all are posted accordingly
-Generate COEs upon employee request
-Monitor leave credits (application and approval) and properly track them for payroll purposes
-Monitor and process contract renewal of employees and implement changes (should apply) in a timely manner
-Work with the department in maintaining updated employee databases and 201 files
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources, Psychology or other related courses
-Technical capacity including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word
and PowerPoint
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Experience is an advantaged but not required. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
-Amenable to report at Valenzuela City
-Can start ASAP
