JOB DESCRIPTION
2. Roles and responsibilities in the financial closing and reporting process will be clearly
defined, documented, updated, and communicated to the appropriate departments and individuals on a timely basis. Those responsibilities will include some, if not all of the following:
?Posting revenue recognition journal entries for assigned properties
?Loading bank transactions
?Preparing preliminary property reports
?Preparing final property reports
?Researching GL and making corrections for properties transitioning from
NetSuites to Entrata
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Experience using Entrata accounting software is required
- Experience handling a full cycle accounting is required
- Experience with property management is required
- Must have experience working in a BPO or a freelancing job
