JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
The Senior Digital Paid Media Specialist is primarily responsible for setting up and executing
paid media strategies targeted at hospitals and doctors in the US.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
> Assist in developing the appropriate digital media strategy and buying plan based on a brief capitalizing on best industry standard practices for US Hospitals and doctors
> Recommend, setup, and execute paid social campaigns
> Execute organic social media posts or articles across social media channels and boost posts as needed
> Set up and execute posting of content to programmatic job boards for hiring events, sponsored jobs
> Optimize campaigns as needed
> Monitor and perform ongoing analysis of campaign metrics (daily, bi-weekly, monthly)
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
> Knows the importance of team and individual productivity, efficiency, and utilization
metrics in a shared service/consulting/BPO setup is a plus
> Experience in a multi-client environment
> Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
> Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
> Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
> Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
> Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
