THE ROLE
The Digital Paid Media Manager will play an active role in developing digital strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage and optimize campaigns as well as lead and coach a team of media specialists.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
> Develop, implement, and launch campaigns using multiple platforms including Google, Bing, Paid Social and retargeting platforms
> Conduct extensive audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform paid media strategies
> Provide and communicate strategic direction on PPC (pay per click) campaign initiatives, identifying key messages, and value propositions
> Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including bid optimization, landing page optimization, analyzing search query reports, and creating ad copy
> Create monthly reports with analysis of the performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
> Train and coach junior-level paid media specialists
> Collaborate with paid media specialists on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
> Experience leading and managing 5 team members and above
> Experience with Sprinklr and Skai is an advantage
> Knows the importance of team and individual productivity, efficiency, and utilization metrics in a shared service/consulting/BPO setup is a plus
> Experience in a multi-client environment
> Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
> Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
> Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
> Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
> Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
