JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
The Senior Digital Paid Media Analytics is primarily responsible for providing reporting support to paid media campaigns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
> Create weekly reports using Excel and PowerPoint that exhibit the campaigns’
progress including metrics such as digital media spend, client spend, impression,
frequency, cost per action, and results
> Create end-of-campaign reports to show the overall performance and share
recommendations on how to improve in the next campaign
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
> Knows the importance of team and individual productivity, efficiency, and utilization metrics in a shared service/consulting/BPO setup is a plus
> Experience in a multi-client environment
> Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
> Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
> Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
> Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
> Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed.
