JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensures plant machineries, project site tools and equipment, delivery trucks and company vehicle are in good running condition with preventive maintenance schedule and properly calibrated, tested and proof loaded.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains the inventory of spare parts for all machines and equipment.
2. Develops and tests prototypes for new machines and equipment and creates manuals for the same.
3. Inspects and determines worthiness of vehicles, machines and equipment and make reasonable recommendations to Maintenance Supervisor.
4. Ensures the implementation of Preventive Maintenance System on machines, tools, equipment and company vehicles.
5. Investigates accidents involving vehicles, machines and equipment.
6. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
7. Manages and resolves issues and concerns or escalates to Supervisor accordingly.
8. Maintains organized files and related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Automotive mechanical assembly course with National Certification II or Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field preferably Mechanical Engineering.
2. Five (5) years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance department.
3. With good technical skills (Mechanical, Electrical and Construction).
4. With Professional Driver’s license.
5. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
7. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
