STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounts receivables and payables.
Producing financial forecasts and balance sheets.
Assist in the preparations of the budget.
Taxation
Budgeting and Cashflow
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Financial Instruments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration,
Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Finance Officer.
Holistic knowledge and experience of Financial and Accounting procedures.
Knowledgeable in Google drive applications (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
Must have a high sense of maturity and accountability.
Must be able to acquire new knowledge and methods against traditional ways of working.
