JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform Quality Check for clients' product catalog according to Quality Control
- Policies, Guidelines, and Specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues on the Seller Center platform for resolution
- Cross-departmental communication/reporting of online product-related issues
- Update daily trackers for documentation and reporting purposes
- Product category updates
- Perform other QC-related tasks assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor
- Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must be a college graduate of any course.
- With knowledge/experience on Seller Center E-commerce Platform is an advantage.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable with basic to intermediate fashion terms.
- Must be skilled in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Must have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Must have stable internet connection at home.
- Candidate must have own laptop or desktop.
- Willing to work on Holidays.
- Willing to be assigned at ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA.
- HYBRID TO FULL ONSITE WORK
