Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates hiring activities includes clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters).
2. Prepares and post job ads online.
3. Assists with resume screening and initial phone screens.
4. Schedules interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
5. Processes background checks.
6. Updates recruitment pipeline/tracker and maintains candidate database.
7. Assists with new hire onboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Experience in full cycle recruiting
- People oriented and professional communication skills
