Position: Accounting Associate

Industry: Food and Beverage Company

Salary: Negotiable (depends on skills and experience)
Location: 11th Floor, Steelworld Tower #713 NS Amoranto St., corner Biak na Bato Brgy. Siena, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares straightforward or recurring accounting schedules, statements or reports for management to reflect financial situation; assists higher level accountants in more complex or specialized assignments 
• Arranges different types of data into a variety of formats (i.e., charts, graphs, and tables) for management comparison purposes. 
• Reviews reports, fund or account statements, and bank statements; investigates irregularities and reports to supervisor; makes adjustments and necessary journal entries. 
• Records revenues, disbursements, expenses or other transactions by posting to records or ledgers; takes trial balances and prepares simple analyses and/or reports. 
• Other duties

Requirements:

• Open for Fresh Graduate
• Knowledge of accounting practices, procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles is a big advantage.
• Skill in performing detailed numerical computations. 
• Skill in preparing detailed reports.
