JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Authorities & Responsibilities:

 

  • Coaches sales people, counsels, supports, motivates or provides information that they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.
  • Establishes sales objectives for the department to plan, organize, direct and control sales staff.
  • Understands departmental financial data to determine what is happening in your department.
  • Reviews financial data that affects the department’s profit centers.
  • Participates in recruiting, hiring and training for sales people.
  • Develops the most well trained, professional sales force possible.
  • Constantly strives toward continuing professional growth.
  • Works to improve sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
  • Handles, maintains, controls & monitors industry related software (CRM).
  • Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
  • Meets annual sales goals and targets.
  • Negotiates the agreement terms and closing down sales.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

Job Specification:

 

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related courses.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field.
  • MBA is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate complicated ethical issues, with effective presentation skills.
  • Strong effective communicator.
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
