Full Job Description

We are looking for an IT ADMIN & SUPPORT who has at least 3 or more years work experience, knowledgeable with the ff: Windows Server 2012 and above, exchange 2016 and above, VMWare, Networking, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Servers, and SANs. Preferred but not required with the ff: MS365, Azure, AWS, cloud backup, cloud PBX, VPN, internet Security, IIS, MS SQL server and c#.

The IT Admin & Support will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software, and responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.

JOB DUTIES :

• Provide support to internal and external users.
• Monitor and analyse reports.
• Maintain, develop, and/or troubleshoot Insyte CRM software as required.
• Administrate IT systems such as Windows server, Exchange, VMWare etc.
• Carry out IT support in PC’s, Printers, Servers, Routers, etc.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues over the phone, in person, and/or remotely.
• Proactively manage issues to define the root cause and recommend permanent solutions.
• Escalate any problems outside or above the scope.
• Assist the IT Manager in some website tasks.
• Perform other related duties as required.

SALARY RANGE : PHP 40K TO 50K

WORK ON-SITE ONLY.

Location: Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, (turn right before Sapangbato gate) Clark Freeport Zone, 2023

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3 or more years’ experience working as an IT Support or similar role.
• Required: Windows Server 2012 & above, Exchange 2016 & above, VMWare, Networking, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Servers & SANs.
• Preferred but not required: MS 365 & Azure, AWS, Cloud Backup, Cloud PBX, VPN, Internet Security, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server and C#.
