JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of a restaurant area manager is to ensure all restaurants under your jurisdiction are providing the quality of service that your brand expects, while also monitoring sales growth, revenue, and management employees. Your responsibilities as a restaurant area manager require you to ensure policies and procedures clear and in place at every location in your area. Your duties call on your leadership skills, along with your ability to set goals and help your stores achieve them.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience
- Prior work as a manager or supervisor
- Success with customer service
- Knowledge and experience in food safety
- Experience with long shifts
- Ability to keep inventory organized
