Job Summary:

As a Liaison Officer, you are expected to aid certain departments by performing tasks including but not limited to delivering documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run general errands, such as but not limited to cash collections, bank transactions, pick up and deliver packages or documents, which may also include food/beverages
• Transact with different clients as representative of the company
• Taking special care when loading items or packages by placing it into their bag or vehicle in a safe manner
• A strict commitment to deliver documents or packages without viewing or revealing any of the information is necessary
• Help in purchasing of items for restocking
• Assist in maintaining the office and supply management as necessary

Qualifications:

Education: Candidate must be at least a graduate of High School or Vocational Level

Experience: None required. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

Other Requirements: Exhibit excellent sense of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality and Must have own motorcycle with valid driver’s license
