• Emergency Purchase Ratio: Track the number of your emergency purchases
• Purchases In Time & Budget: Monitor purchasing time & budget
• Cost of Purchase Order: Control the internal costs incurred by each purchase

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors/ suppliers
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
• Does clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Helps in marketing and selling of company products
• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Chem or equivalent

Proven work experience as Purchasing Officer role in a Construction/ Manufacturing Industry is a plus

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

Proven good negotiation skills
