JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any four-year IT related course.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- With good written and oral communication
- Proficient in Java based application development
- Must be knowledgeable in the following technologies: Windows Server, Remedy ITSM, ITIL and IT Service Management Concepts
- Must be willing to work in Paseo, Makati
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the installation/deployment of BMC ITSM Solutions to Customers
- Implementation and design of BMC ITSM Solutions
- Perform product presentations to customers
- Perform post-sales support to customers
- Perform Business Analysts functions for the deployment projects
