JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel of customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources.
- Meet assigned profit targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related course
- Strong experience in sellend and mainting accounts for VOICE, DATA AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS products
- Willing to be trained to work on all stages of a sales process (prospecting, account planning, developing, probing, closing, and leveraging available resources)
- Willing to operate under minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very good communication skills
- Can confidently interact with various organization levels
- Customer-focused
- Ability to gather and understand customer’s requirements
- Able and willing to travel from one area to another
