JOB DESCRIPTION
COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS:
- Experience in computer assembly/disassembly, formatting, BIOS/firmware upgrade.
- Troubleshooting windows system, registry, patches, basic scripting and commands.
NETWORK AND FIREWALLS:
- Experience in installation/configuration of Firewall device
- Able to create firewall rules to allow/block specific computer, users, and apps.
- Should know how to configure VLANS in network switch
- Experience in Setting WiFi device and rules
SERVER AND SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT
- Experience in Server Administration, installation, and troubleshooting
- Able to experience and troubleshoot Hyper-V
- Can set-up, install and coordinate with vendor on new software installations
JOB QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must be a Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / or Information Technology
- Proficient in MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking (LAN/WAN) and firewall.
