JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION CATEGORY:

As an Offshore Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates. Qualifying, contacting, hiring and on-boarding talents needed for business operations with Connecting Families.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inclusive of your duties are performing various HR tasks, with a focus on Recruitment.

The Offshore Talent Acquisition Associate shall ensure the prompt hiring of high-quality candidates by performing the end-to-end recruitment activities such as:

  • Sourcing of candidates
  • Inviting candidates
  • Conducting Interviews
  • Coordination with supervisors and managers
  • Conducting the job offer
  • On-boarding of employees

The Offshore Talent Acquisition Associate shall be flexible in performing tasks in the other fields of Human Resources such as Employee Engagement, Administrative function, Compliance, etc.

You will be expected to do the following tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using social media and job sites.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Screening of resumes
  • Performing phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to the company hiring managers or business partners in AU office
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and labor laws regarding employment practices
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Creating and maintaining job postings through international job boards for Australian -based corporations
  • Conducting interviews and assessments for Australian-based candidates following the recruitment-cycle
  • Maintaining candidate relationship from sourcing to onboarding
  • Regularly coordinating with offshore clients and hiring managers for business and hiring demands

JOB QUALIFICATION

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent

• Required language: English

• Articulate and confident, has strong oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

• Full-Time position(s) available

• Registered Psychometrician is an advantage

• BPO Professionals with a Customer Service background preferred

• Possess a “can do” attitude
