Job Description:

• Accomplish staff results through communicating job expectations, training, planning & monitoring and through appraising job performance  
• Manage daily restaurant operations with the goal of providing high
• quality experiences to our patrons all whilst controlling expenses
• Complete management responsibilities which include; organizing
• employee schedules, tracking employee daily time records, revision of payroll,
• ordering and monitoring of supplies, training staff, schedule cleaning of
• service areas
• Conduct and consolidate weekly and end of month reports which
• include; weekly inventory reports, end of month inventory reports, cash flow
• statements, profit & loss statements 
• Develop, coordinate and enforce systems, policies, procedures and
• productivity standards
• Accomplish financial objectives through monitoring and scheduling
• expenditures, analyzing variances and revisions of end of month financial
• statements 
• Accurately conduct end of day master reports which will be
• submitted to Alamat’s management team and owners to serve as their daily
• briefing 
• Maintains quality of service through enforcement of customer
• service standards, analyzing and resolving service failures and recommending
• system improvements 
• Cultivate the brand by consistently delivering exceptional service
• to each customer
• Contribute to a foundation of knowledge and honesty that supports
• the culture, values and mission of the brand
• Perform all miscellaneous duties assigned by upper management
• Log 6 days a week at minimum 8 hours per day
• Submission of relevant reports in a timely fashion:
• Expectations and role may change at the discretion of ownership

Qualifications:

• Competent in the foreign language 
• Graduate of any 4yrs course.
• At least with one (1) year of experience.
• Optimistic and can work well under pressure
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Hold strong quantitative and analytical competencies
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Willing to work in Poblacion, Makati City
• Can start ASAP
