Summary of Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties such as employee master list, filing, documentation
• End to end recruitment process (job posting, interview/exam, onboarding)
• Handling the exit process for resigned employees
• Monitoring of leaves and absences
• Ensuring the strict implementation of company rules and issuing of memo/disciplinary action when needed
• Employee relations; handles employee concerns/ensuring smooth communication and resolving their queries
• Government mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig

To be successful in this role, you will need to have/be:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any similar course.
• Good analytical skills and the capability to develop creative and resourceful solutions.
• Knowledgeable with SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF, as well as with DOLE process.
• High proficiency in MS Office.
• Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills
• A team player, accountable, results-driven, good work ethics and with a keen eye to details
• High proficiency in communication (oral and written, English and Filipino) and interpersonal skills
• Willing to perform other related tasks as required by management (able to handle multi-tasking job)
• Able to work with minimal or no supervision
• Willing to work immediately
