Restaurant Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
Thai Mango is looking for Restaurant Supervisor. They are assistant to the branch manager; oversees day to day operations especially in the absence of the branch manager. The shift supervisor must undergo training and receive certification from the company.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations during his shifts
- Making of weekly roster/schedule
- Assisting the branch manager with his weekly tasks
- Computation of salaries
- Frequent checking of inventory to ensure minimal spoilage
- Conducting/ assigning everyday huddle
- Must be certified in all stations (cook, dispatch, cashier, drinks, roti)

Qualifications
- At least high school graduate
- At least one years management experience
- At least one year experience in the food industry
