Job Description

  • We are forming a team of work-from-home customer service Chat Specialists fluent in Mandarin or at least HSK level 3. The job is to help users of a global China-based cryptocurrency platform with how to use the site and mobile apps. The platform has more than 10 million users all over Korea, Japan, European countries, and China. Fresh graduates fluent in Chinese are welcome to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer users' live chat questions with customer communication tools;
  • Stick to the principle of “fastest, easiest, optimal” in providing the users with services and solutions;
  • Show team spirit by cooperating and coordinating with other employees as well as team leaders, and following the department rules;
  • Communicate professionally by providing comprehensive guidance, reasonable analysis, and objective evaluation, and satisfying the users because you helped solve their problems with the platform

 

Work Schedule:

  • 9-hour shift, 1-hour break = 8 hours of work
  • Dayshift, mid shift, and nightshift are all available.

Note: Specify what you can commit to.

 

Contract details:

  • Freelance contract: you will be paid in full, no deductions except for missed work. You will manage your own taxes, government deductions, healthcare.
  • Salary will be sent straight to your personal bank account
  • Salary offer will depend on application performance and relevant experience

 

Training:

  • Must be willing to undergo 2 weeks of client training. Schedule for training is 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Manila time, Mondays to Fridays.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Intel i3 and above / Ryzen 3 and above / MAC Intel i5
  • RAM 8GB
  • Windows 10/Catalina and Up Only
  • 20-25mbps Internet speed
