JOB DESCRIPTION
**Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of customers through phone calls and emails.
- Logging all calls into the system
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
JOB QUALIFICATION
*Mandarin Speaking
*At least 1 year of experience in the Customer Service in any industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
*Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift and possible work on holidays
*Has strong internet connection at home
*Fluency in speaking & writing both in English and Mandarin is a must.
