Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage existing clients through effective and responsive communication through various mediums including phone, email, registered mail and actual meetings.
2. Resolve client complaints by efficiently accommodating the issues/problems and presenting recommended actions for approval of the management.
3. Aid in improving the management and company policies by recommending strategies and action plans generated from customer feedbacks.
4. Prepare a weekly and monthly (summary) report of client activities and movements and reports to Senior Management/personnel when required.
5. Provide information from the Client Relations database that aids the company through the Marketing department as basis for internal market research and other needed insights (i.e., demographics, psychographics, etc.)
6. Conceptualize, implement and/or coordinate with the proper departments brandrelated efforts that strengthen and engage residents and existing clients ultimately resulting to brand love and promotion.
7. Coordinate with the proper departments to regularly update clients through sending (monthly/quarterly or bi-monthly) bulletin (newsletter), such as, but not limited to construction updates, promotional activities and events.
8. Coordinate with pertinent Primehomes departments to ensure that systems are to the satisfaction of all clients.
8.1. Coordinate with the Operations Group for construction updates that will be needed for the regular bulletin/update that will be sent to the clients.
8.2. Work closely with the Operations Group to ensure the readiness and acceptability of the units prior to inviting the client for initial/final inspection and eventual acceptance of the unit. Document ID: PRDI-HRD-F-PR0
8.3. Secure all records and information about the clients from Sales Administration; and establish a regular update mechanism to ensure accuracy of information about the client’s record/account.
8.4. Coordinate with the Property Management group regarding rules, policies and guidelines of the community for monitoring and feedback system.
9. Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or Management

Job Requirements:
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree/Arts in Business Administration, Marketing or any related courses.
2. Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a real estate company
3. Must have a customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving aptitude
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work well with a team 6. Preferably with experience in tracking relevant KPIs
