JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist sellers on how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Advertise properties using a variety of marketing techniques
Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions - Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information toward a beneficial understanding
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions and concerns
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc)
- Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Collaborate and network with Contractors, Home Inspectors, Attorneys and other external Stakeholders
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best Real Estate practices
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a sales and marketing assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- A High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage
- Has experience working in the real estate industry
