• List of Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Obtain sketches or specifications from an architect, engineer, or other designers, and translate them into detailed drawings that can be used as the basis for a construction project.
  • Create finished designs for a project, working primarily from the specifications and other inputs of lead designers.
  • Revise drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects.
  • Ensure designs meet required company, safety, and structural standards.
  • Develop presentations utilizing 3-dimensional using SketchUp
  • Ensure compliance with required specifications, tolerances, safety factors, and client requirements.
  • Understand and apply commonly used company design standards and methods.
  • Collaborate with consultants/designers to ensure the quality of design.
  • Design and prepare As-built and revising mark-ups of structural assemblies.
  • Take responsibility for defined tasks within prescribed limits.
  • Ensure quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineer, Interior Design, Drafting or equivalent.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Lay Out and Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to work in Pmci Malabon
