JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for Accounts payable Functions by ensuring all billings are processed on time.
- Monitor and ensure timely liquidation of cash advances and ensure documents are complete.
- Schedule of payables and accruals.
- Keep and maintain accounts payable records in proper orders.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Proficient when it comes to balancing records and handling discrepancies.
- Maintain General ledger schedules.
- Perform monthly closing processes, including posting journal entries, account reconciliation for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liability accounts.
- Experienced in encoding VAT Relief, Alpha list Data entry.
- Perform other task/duties as requested by superior.
Requirements
- BS Accountancy
- With at least 2 years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel is a must and other computer software office.
- Experienced with accounting system/Integrated accounting system.
