JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring attainment of Vehicle Sales Department’s goals and sales targets by managing and maximizing available resources.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Promote the organization and the brand

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent
  • With substantial experience in dealership sales from identifying prospective clients to sustaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume
  • With strong understanding of business development, client management and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good judgment and interpersonal skills
