JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring attainment of Vehicle Sales Department’s goals and sales targets by managing and maximizing available resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team
- Promote the organization and the brand
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent
- With substantial experience in dealership sales from identifying prospective clients to sustaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume
- With strong understanding of business development, client management and performance management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good judgment and interpersonal skills
